Tomorrow Starts Today: Planting Hope, Growing Possibility
October 28 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
For children who have experienced complex trauma, the future can feel uncertain, unreachable, or not worth investing in. Trauma may influence a child's ability to imagine positive possibilities, set goals, delay gratification, trust that good things can happen, or believe that their actions can change their future. In this interactive training, caregivers will explore how those experiences may show up in everyday behaviors and choices. Participants will identify strengths and protective factors that can help restore hope, motivation, and a sense of possibility. They'll leave with concrete action steps for building on strengths, reducing risks, and helping children move beyond simply surviving today toward imagining - and working toward -a hopeful tomorrow.
This training is available for CHS families only. You can register by going to SkyPrep at https://bit.ly/SkyPrepLogin.
