MAPP REMIX 3 and 4

Every foster journey begins with a profound story. This section of MAPP takes a closer look at the experiences children bring with them into foster care—including grief, loss, attachment needs, and other experiences that can shape their behavior. We’ll revisit these concepts with a fresh perspective and explore how a child’s story may show up in your day-to-day life. This review of Meeting 3 and 4 will offer practical ways to apply important strategies and ideas in your home.
Please plan to complete this training without children present, as some content may be sensitive or triggering. Headphones or earbuds are recommended.
The "MAPP Remix" series is designed for experienced foster families. We'll be revisiting the foundational tools and tips taught in the MAPP program - providing you with a fresh perspective, a chance to troubleshoot current challenges and space to reconnect with your core training.
